The HPE MSA 1040/2040/2050 VSS Provider enables VSS client applications to perform snapshot operations on HPE MSA 1040/2040/2050 Storage Arrays. These hardware providers do not include user interfaces or standalone functionality, instead they enable other applications such as Microsoft DISKRAID or Storage Manager for SANs to manage HPE MSA 1040/2040/2050 Storage Array products.
